Bandeja, Víbora & Bajada – Shot Clinic (1.5–5.0)

A personalised shot clinic covering three important padel-specific shots. Players receive individual basket feeds, repetition and technical feedback, with a focus on the preparation, footwork and positioning required to execute each shot effectively. Beginner: Introduction to overhead movement, positioning, preparation and controlled bandeja technique. Intermediate: Develop the bandeja, víbora and bajada with improved spin, depth, direction and consistency. Advanced: Acceleration, placement, variation, disguise and selecting the appropriate shot to maintain or increase attacking pressure. Players can request to focus on a specific aspect of the bandeja, víbora or bajada, and the coach will try to accommodate where possible or advise on the most suitable area to work on.
