Transitioning from defence to attack is the process of moving from the back of the court to the net by turning a defensive shot into an attacking opportunity. In this class led by Adam you'll learn: ✅ The Lob: The most effective shot to force opponents back ✅ The Chiquita: A soft, low shot directed at the opponents' feet ✅ Passing Shot: Aiming for small gaps, particularly down the line ✅ Positioning & Timing: Moving together as a pair and when to do it Class designed for Beginner/Intermediate players with a Playtomic rating over 1.5

Four covered canopied courts, two outdoor padel courts right next to the Decathlon store in Stockport. Plenty of free parking, a small club house with access to hire rackets and an onsite cafe serving coffee, cold drinks and snacks. Our friendly club managers will always be at the club to meet and greet you and help with anything.
