Descrizione

A great lob is one of the most valuable shots in padel. This coached session will help you play higher, deeper and more purposeful lobs, giving you the time and space to move forward and recover the net. You will learn to recognise when the lob is the right choice, how to hit it from both forehand and backhand sides, and where to place it to make life difficult for your opponents. The aim is to stop giving away easy overheads and start using the lob as a tactical weapon.
