Each week stands alone, so join one, two or all three, do the full cycle and you'll have covered the whole intermediate toolkit. Week 2 - Net & Glass The two halves of the intermediate game. First the net: volley technique, court position, and holding your ground under pressure. Then the glass: back wall, side wall and corners - how to read the bounce, turn properly, and turn defence back into attack. Stop giving up on balls you should be winning. Max 4 per court.
