Intro to Padel Class New to padel? This beginner-friendly session is the perfect way to get started. Led by an experienced coach, you’ll learn the basics of the game – from rules and grips to core shots and simple rallies – all in a relaxed, supportive environment. The session begins with a fun warm-up before moving into drills and practice play to build your confidence on court. Padel rackets and balls are included. Please arrive 15 minutes early to your session so we can get you ready to play. No experience needed – just bring your energy and enthusiasm!
