Including Racket In beginner padel classes, students will be introduced to the fundamentals of the sport in a supportive and instructional environment. Here's what they can expect to learn: - Basic Techniques: Students will learn the proper grip, stance, and swing for essential strokes such as forehand, backhand, volleys, and serves. Emphasis will be placed on developing sound mechanics to lay a strong foundation for future improvement. - Court Awareness: Beginners will become familiar with the layout of the padel court, including the service boxes, back walls, and side walls. They'll learn how to move around the court efficiently and understand basic positioning during rallies. - Rules and Scoring: Students will be taught the rules of padel, including how to serve, score points, and understand common game situations such as faults and lets. This will help them feel confident and comfortable participating in matches. Introduction to Strategy: While the focus is on mastering basic skills, beginners will also begin to learn simple strategies for positioning themselves on the court and anticipating their opponent's shots. - Fun and Enjoyment: Above all, beginner classes aim to foster a love for the game of padel by keeping sessions engaging, interactive, and enjoyable. Students will have the opportunity to practice with others at a similar skill level and receive encouraging feedback from the coach.
