BANDEJA LESSON Develop a controlled and effective bandeja to maintain pressure and create offensive opportunities. Focus on proper grip, body rotation, footwork, positioning, contact point, and ball control. The session emphasizes consistency, depth, and placement while learning how to use the bandeja to neutralize lobs and keep opponents under pressure. Through dynamic drills and match-like situations, players will work on decision-making, recovery position, and adapting the bandeja to different game scenarios.
