Want to improve your bandeja and become more effective at the net? 🎾 This lesson focuses on two essential parts of the padel game: using your bandeja to maintain your position at the net and making your volleys more controlled, consistent and effective. What you’ll work on: Bandeja technique, preparation and footwork Controlling the ball and choosing the right direction Using the bandeja to keep your opponents under pressure Moving forward and recovering your net position Forehand and backhand volleys Volley preparation, contact point and control Creating pressure with depth, direction and placement Combining bandeja and volley in realistic game situations Expect high-repetition drills, technical corrections and practical situations that will help you connect your overhead and net game more effectively. Group lesson of up to 4 players — hands-on, intensive and adapted to the level of everyone on court. This class will be cancelled if it doesn’t reach the minimum number of participants.
