Take your overhead game to the next level! This session covers the different types of overhead shots in padel, helping you understand when to use each one and how to play them with more confidence and control. We’ll work on shots such as the bandeja, vibora, smash and defensive overheads, focusing on technique, positioning, shot selection and consistency. The aim is to help you make better decisions when the ball goes over your head, whether you’re looking to keep the net, put your opponents under pressure or finish the point. Ideal for players who want to become more confident and effective when playing at the net.

Welcome to Skegness’s first Padel Centre Located just out of the town, this rural setting is the home to two premium Pro Padel indoor courts, offering a first-class playing experience all year round. Whether you’re completely new to the sport or a seasoned player looking for competitive games, our courts are designed for everyone. We offer coaching sessions for all abilities, from beginners learning the basics to experienced players furthering their skills.
Beyond the court, you’ll find a welcoming social area and bar serving hot drinks, alcoholic beverages and light snacks, the perfect place to relax, refuel and connect with fellow players. We believe sport should be about more than just fitness; it should be about fun, friendships & community.
