Our Senior Morning is a friendly 2-hour padel social designed especially for older adults who want to stay active, enjoy the sport, and meet new people in a relaxed, welcoming environment. 🧡🎾 Here’s what the morning includes: ☕Coffee/Tea & Warm-Up A gentle start to the day: enjoy a coffee or tea, meet the group, and join an easy warm-up to get the body moving comfortably. 🎾 Fun, Rotating Matches Play organised games at an enjoyable pace. No pressure, no rush — just supportive, social padel where everyone gets to play plenty of points. Our coach will help with pairings, rotations, and maintaining a friendly atmosphere. 🧘 Cool Down & Stretching Finish with a soothing cool-down and guided stretching session to reduce stiffness, improve mobility, and leave you feeling great for the rest of the day.
