Come and join in our over 50's mix in. We play in a fun and friendly format so it is never intimidating. Suitable for all ability's and is mixed gender. It offers a sustainable, moderate intensity cardiovascular workout that is easier on joints than squash or tennis. It brings great social connection both on and off the court.
