You’ll work on: More consistent and controlled shots Defensive use of the glass Volleys and transitions to the net Bandeja and overhead technique Positioning as a pair Building points rather than simply returning the ball Shot selection and tactical decision-making Controlling pace, direction and depth Best for you if: you can play full matches comfortably, maintain rallies and understand basic positioning and tactics.
