**Cancellation Policy: **
You can cancel for forecast bad weather up to 24 hours before your start time for a full refund via the Playtomic app.
If conditions are unplayable - heavy or persistent rain, snow, sleet, hail, thunderstorms or flooded courts - we may cancel your booking. We'll check court playability at least an hour before you're due to play and let you know as soon as we can. Light rain doesn't count as unplayable, and the final call is at our discretion.
If we cancel for weather, we'll offer a free reschedule subject to availability, or credit your Padel Pass wallet if we can't find a slot.
