Over 50 and love padel, or looking to give it a go? Join our Over 50s Padel Social & Coaching session, combining expert guidance from our LTA-qualified coach with fun, friendly matchplay. Improve your technique, positioning and confidence through relaxed coaching drills before putting your skills into practice on court. Whether you're new to padel or already playing regularly, this session is a great way to stay active, develop your game and meet like-minded players in a welcoming, sociable environment. All abilities welcome!
