🎾 Padel 6 — Bandeja 🎾

Master the defensive shot that turns defense into attack 🧠💪 🚀 This session is part of Padel 6, our six-class beginner pathway designed to give you a complete understanding of all fundamental shots in padel. 🎾 In this class, you’ll focus on the bandeja, the key overhead shot used to control the point from the back of the court and maintain net dominance. Through progressive exercises, you’ll learn the correct stance, body rotation, and timing to execute the shot safely and effectively. We’ll start with hands-only exercises to develop movement and coordination, then move to rackets, practicing short lobs and positioning. You’ll also work on reading your partner, controlling your placement, and preparing for the next shot. With small group sizes and guided coaching, you’ll gain the confidence to turn defensive lobs into controlled attacks, a crucial skill for real match situations. 🙌 🎓 This is a core class in the Padel 6 program, helping beginners progress toward confident, tactical play. ❌ Note: If the minimum number of players isn’t reached, the class will be automatically cancelled.
