This session aims to improve your ability to place the ball accurately, handle difficult bounces, and dictate the pace of the game: ✅ Controlled Wall Rally: To master ball trajectory and develop a "soft hands" ✅ Targeted Cross-Court & Down-the-Line: To improve accuracy, consistency, and the ability to find specific angles ✅ Volley-to-Volley Control Loop: To improve reflexes, maintain a high racket position, and control the ball with minimal, compact movements. ✅ Lob Accuracy Training: To master the art of the lob, which is a crucial precision shot for taking control of the net Class designed for Beginner/Intermediate players with a Playtomic rating over 1.5

Over Soul Padel Stockport

Four covered canopied courts, two outdoor padel courts right next to the Decathlon store in Stockport. Plenty of free parking, a small club house with access to hire rackets and an onsite cafe serving coffee, cold drinks and snacks. Our friendly club managers will always be at the club to meet and greet you and help with anything.
