Intermediate Group Coaching

For players comfortable with the basics and ready to progress. This session focuses on consistency, court positioning, shot choice, using the glass, net play & defending under pressure. Ideal if you’ve played a few games & want more confidence, structure and tactical understanding before joining stronger social or competitive matches.You’ll work on building better rallies, using the glass more effectively, improving net play, defending under pressure & knowing when to attack or reset the point.
