Defence, Reset & Counter | Glass Defence Coaching Learn how to stay calm under pressure, use the glass with confidence and turn defence into attack. This coached session focuses on the skills that help you survive when opponents have the net. You will practise reading deep balls, using the back glass and corners, choosing better defensive shots and recognising when you have the opportunity to win the net back. Great padel defence is not simply getting one more ball back. It is about buying time, creating control and working with your partner to reset the point.
