Designed for complete beginners, the session will cover the basic rules, scoring, court layout and essential techniques. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to practice through simple drills and fun games, while learning how to move around the court and work effectively with a partner. No previous padel experience is required. Just bring comfortable sportswear, and we’ll take care of the rest. By the end of the lesson, you’ll have a solid understanding of the basics and the confidence to move on to some of our socials or book some matches.
