Cross Court Shot Lab (Level 1-2)

Cross Court Shot Lab is our weekly one-hour coaching session built around one mission: mastering a single shot through high-quality repetition. Each week we pick one shot (bandeja, víbora, chiquita, bajada, volleys and more) and break it down into clear technical cues, footwork, contact point and decision-making. Expect loads of coach-fed balls and targeted progressions, so you’ll hit plenty of reps with immediate feedback and simple fixes you can take straight into match play. Sessions are structured, energetic and suitable for any level — we’ll adjust the feeds and challenges to match you. Come for the reps, leave with a sharper, more reliable weapon. Please note the class will be cancelled if the required number of players is not met.
