Wednesday 8:00pm-9:00pm Intermediate - 4 weeks - November

4 Week Padel Academy – Beginner Level 3 November 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th Join this 4-week program with Coach Lukas. This course is designed for beginner players who are comfortable with the fundamentals of padel and are looking to become more consistent, confident and effective during match play. The program focuses on improving shot selection, court positioning and movement as a pair, while developing greater control in different areas of the court. Players will work on volleys, lobs, wall rebounds, serves and returns, as well as an introduction to overhead shots and basic attacking and defending situations. Each week will combine structured drills, tactical exercises and match-play situations, helping players understand how to build points, move together with their partner and make better decisions during a game. By the end of the program, players will aim to play points with greater consistency, use the walls more naturally, feel comfortable transitioning between defence and attack, and have a better understanding of basic padel tactics. From here, players can progress towards Intermediate Level, where the focus will move towards more advanced technique, tactical decision-making and higher-intensity match play. A great final step in the Beginner pathway to build confidence, improve your game and get ready for the next level!
