The Two P’s Starter Pack Clinic is a 4 hour structured training programme, split into two focused sessions designed to build a strong foundation for confident, controlled padel. 🟢 2 HOURS PREPARATION Develop the technical foundations needed to handle the most common situations on court: * Forehand * Backhand * Volleys * Overheads * Lobs * Glass play Learn how to prepare early, choose the right shot and build consistency across all areas of the court. 🔵 2 HOURS POSITIONING Learn where to be, when to move and how to work effectively with your partner: * Positioning at the net * Defensive positioning at the back * Moving forward and backwards as a pair * Transitioning from defence to attack * Court coverage * Understanding your position in relation to the ball and your partner This isn’t just about hitting the ball, it’s about being prepared for the ball and being in the right position to play it.
