Beginner 5 Week Course

Learn padel from scratch with Coach Daniel. By week five you'll be playing real points with every core shot in your game. Introductory price: €70 for the full 5-week course. What you'll learn Week 1: Grip, court positioning, ready position for receiving balls, forehand, and backhand. Week 2: Serving technique, net attack tactics, body posture, ball control, and forehand and backhand volleys. Week 3: Reading and using the back wall for defence, combined with executing the lob (high ball) to push opponents away from the net and regain control of the point. Week 4: Introduction to and refinement of the bandeja, a safety control shot to maintain an offensive position at the net after an opponent's lob. Week 5: Review and combination of all previous shots through drills (dynamic repetition exercises and real match situations).
