Playing Off The Glass– Shot Clinic (1.5–5.0)

A personalised shot clinic focused on becoming more confident and effective when playing the ball after it rebounds from the glass. Players receive feeds and individual feedback suited to their level, with particular attention to reading the rebound, footwork, positioning, timing and creating the correct space to play the ball comfortably. Beginner: Understanding when to let the ball reach the back glass, basic positioning, movement and timing. Intermediate: Playing from the back glass, side glass and double glass, including turns, different rebound heights and improved recovery. Advanced: Handling difficult rebounds, changing direction, controlling pace and using the glass to turn defensive situations into neutral or attacking opportunities. Players can request to focus on a specific aspect of playing off the glass, and the coach will try to accommodate where possible or advise on the most suitable area to work on.
