Ladies Academy

This academy is designed to bridge the gap between beginners and intermediate players. This is a coached session run over two courts with a maximum of 8 participants. Each week will be themed around different skills covering techniques for dealing with the back and side walls, court positioning, patterns of play and match specific tactics. A perfect course to develop confidence and improve strokes and master match play tactics with one of our pro coaches. Completing a minimum of 5 classes in this course will give you the opportunity to have your Playtomic level re-assessed. Please speak to the coach for more details about this.
