Lob + Positioning 🎾 Learn how to use the lob as a weapon, not just a defensive shot! In this class, we’ll focus on when to lob, how to execute an effective lob, and most importantly, what to do after playing it. We’ll work on: • Understanding when and why to use the lob • Developing a controlled and effective lob • Using height and depth to put pressure on your opponents • Knowing where to move after the lob • Understanding when to move forward and when to stay back • Turning a defensive lob into an attacking opportunity The goal is simple: lob with purpose, recover with confidence, and use the next shot to take control of the point. Perfect for players looking to improve their decision-making, positioning and ability to use the lob effectively during points.
