Try Cardio Tennis for FREE as part of our Sandwell Rackets Centre launch day! Fun tennis drills and games to music, where the coach will keep you moving and working up a sweat! Cardio Tennis uses softer balls, to help all levels take part. No previous tennis skills required, just hit a lot of balls and have some fun, while keeping fit! Suitable for ages 11 through to adults. All equipment is provided, so just wear sports kit/trainers! *Playtomic Booking fee may apply
