A friendly, coached session designed to develop the essential shots and skills of padel in a supportive and encouraging environment. Led by Nat, learn and practise the forehand, backhand, serve, return, volleys and lobs, while building confidence, consistency and understanding of the game. With a relaxed ladies-only atmosphere, sessions are progressive, welcoming and focused on helping you enjoy your padel journey.
