The owner of the premises will not be liable for any injury to, or the death of, any persons or for the damage to, or destruction or loss of, any property, including vehicles, whether caused by the ordinary or gross negligence of the owner, it's employees, agents, contractors or any other person or resulting from vandalism or theft by the owners employees, agents, contractors or any other person resulting from any other cause whatsoever.
