The Padel Leash Tournament Powered by VK Jewellery Thank you for entering. Below is the format for the league and what you can expect throughout the competition. League Format * Players will compete in a round-robin league, playing against different opponents throughout the day. * Each match is worth valuable league points. * At the end of the round-robin stage, the top-performing teams will progress to the knockout rounds. Match Format * All matches are played as first to 6 games. * No-ad scoring will be used (at deuce, the next point wins the game). * If the score reaches 5-5, one additional game is played. The first team to reach 6 games wins the match. * There are no tie-breaks. Points System * Win: 3 points * Loss: 0 points If teams finish level on points, standings will be determined by: 1. Games difference (games won minus games lost) 2. Head-to-head result 3. Total games won Knockout Stage The top teams after the round-robin stage will qualify for: * Quarter-finals * Semi-finals * Final Knockout matches will also be played as first to 6 games. Match Etiquette * Please arrive at your allocated court on time. * Warm-up is limited to 2 minutes. * Players are responsible for reporting their scores immediately after each match. * Good sportsmanship and respect for opponents and officials are expected at all times. Schedule * Registration: 8:00 AM * Round-robin matches: Begin shortly after registration. * Quarter-finals, Semi-finals & Final: Following completion of the league stage. * Estimated finish: Approximately 5:00 PM. This tournament is recommended for players who play regularly and are comfortable with the fundamentals of padel. It is not intended for complete beginners.
