PLAY EVERYDAY FOR FREE Off-Peak Membership Terms & Conditions 🔺Membership Eligibility: - The Off-Peak Membership is valid for one player only and is non-transferable. 🔺Playing & Off-Peak Hours: - Members are entitled to one (1) game per day during the designated off-peak hours. - ⁠Off-peak hours are determined based on the operating hours of each branch. - ⁠The club reserves the right to amend the off-peak hours in line with any changes to a branch's operating hours. 🔺Additional Games: - Any additional game booked by the member on the same day will be charged at the club's standard applicable court rate. 🔺Non-Member Players: - Any player joining a booking who does not hold a valid Off-Peak Membership must pay the standard applicable court fee. 🔺Booking Policy - All bookings are subject to court availability and must be made through the club's official booking system. 🔺No-Show & Late Cancellation - Members who fail to attend a confirmed booking or cancel outside the club's cancellation policy may be subject to booking restrictions at the club's discretion. 🔺Membership Misuse: - The Off-Peak Membership is strictly personal and may not be shared, transferred, assigned, or used by any other individual. - ⁠Members are not permitted to allow another person to book or play using their membership or account under any circumstances. - ⁠If the club determines that a membership has been used by anyone other than the registered member, the membership will be immediately canceled without refund or compensation, and the club reserves the right to deny future membership applications. 🔺Membership Validity: - The Off-Peak Membership is valid for 30 consecutive days from the date of activation. - ⁠The membership will automatically expire at the end of the 30-day period. - ⁠Unused playing days or benefits cannot be carried forward, extended, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or credit. - ⁠The membership is non-transferable, cannot be paused, and is non-refundable. 🔺Club Rules: - Members are expected to comply with all club rules, policies, and code of conduct while using the facilities. 🔺Amendments - The club reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will become effective upon publication or notification to members.
