SERVE EL PASO PICKLEBALL CLUB MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS Eligible Access Times Membership access is valid Monday through Friday during designated Open Play hours from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (“Eligible Times”). Membership Fee Membership is offered at a rate of $44.99 per month and is billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated. Membership Access & Benefits Membership provides access to designated Open Play courts during Eligible Times only. No additional discounts, priority booking privileges, or ancillary benefits are included unless explicitly stated in writing by Serve El Paso. Court Availability Courts are available on an Open Play basis unless otherwise reserved. Serve El Paso intends to designate two (2) indoor courts and one (1) outdoor court as Open Play courts for members; however, such designations are subject to change based on operational needs, demand, and scheduling considerations. Reservations All court reservations, including those made by members, are subject to modification, rescheduling, or cancellation at the sole discretion of Serve El Paso. Serve El Paso shall not be liable for any changes resulting from operational requirements, including but not limited to private events or facility buyouts. Private Events & Facility Buyouts (Priority Use) Serve El Paso reserves the right to host private events, tournaments, or full facility buyouts at any time. Such events shall take priority over membership access, Open Play, and existing reservations. In the event of a private event or buyout, members may experience temporary suspension of access, including blackout dates and times. Serve El Paso will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of such disruptions. Acknowledgment of Terms By purchasing or maintaining a membership, members acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including Serve El Paso’s right to prioritize private events and modify access, availability, and reservations as necessary.

Membership Fee Membership is offered at a rate of $89.99 per month and is billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated. Membership Access & Benefits Membership provides access to designated Open Play courts during Eligible Times only. No additional discounts, priority booking privileges, or ancillary benefits are included unless explicitly stated in writing by Serve El Paso. Court Availability Courts are available on a reservation basis. Members can have only two active bookings per week. Reservations All court reservations, including those made by members, are subject to modification, rescheduling, or cancellation at the sole discretion of Serve El Paso.
