PADEL IQ - Understand the Game

Padel IQ – Understand the Game 🧠🎾 Learn to understand the game, not just play it. Padel IQ is a coach-led session focused on developing your understanding of the tactical side of padel - helping you recognise where to stand, when to move, what shot to play and how to work effectively with your partner. Rather than focusing purely on technique, this session is about understanding why you make certain decisions on court and learning how better positioning, movement and decision-making can improve your game. Across the sessions, you’ll work on areas such as: • Positioning and court awareness • Moving and defending effectively as a pair • Who takes the middle ball and when • When to attack, defend or hold your position • Transitioning between defence and the net • Shot selection and game management • Reading the game and anticipating what happens next • Communication and teamwork with your partner Each Padel IQ session will have a different focus, allowing the coach to explore different tactical situations and common match scenarios each week. The aim is simple - help you see the court differently, make better decisions and become a smarter padel player.
