Key Terms:- • Plex Pass Anytime is paid upfront for 12 months and renews automatically each year until cancelled. • You can cancel at any time. Partial refunds are not given for unused time. • Free court time applies to your own share of the booking only. To claim it, split the payment so each player pays their own share. • You can hold up to 8 active bookings at any one time, with a maximum of 3 bookings per day. • Our standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings. • Discounts in the clubhouse and pro shop exclude vending machines. • Court bookings are subject to availability. Plex Pass does not guarantee access to a court at any particular time. • Benefits apply only while your pass is active.
