Build confidence on the court in just four weeks. Padel Foundations is designed for beginners who want to learn the core skills of the game. You will cover forehand, backhand, volleys, and serve, along with grip, court positioning, and the basic rules. The course introduces glass play, attacking and defensive fundamentals, serve and return basics, and the padel lob. By the end of the programme, you will be ready to play fun and confident padel.

We have equipment available to rent on site, and offer coaching for anyone interested - whether you're just starting out or looking to improve your game. There’s also a relaxed space with coffee, cold drinks, and room to take a break or catch up with others. The facility is fully staffed, so there’s always someone around if you need a hand.
