Training Programme Policy — 16 WeeksTraining Programme Policy 16 Weeks Duration: 10 August – 11 December 2026 Payment for the course covers all 16 scheduled weeks of training. 1. Scheduled Break — Herbstferien The programme includes a scheduled break during the Basel-Stadt autumn school holidays: 28 September – 11 October 2026 (2 weeks) No regular classes will take place during this period. Instead, the club will run special intensive training programmes. The regular programme resumes on 12 October 2026. 2. Absences & Make-Up Classes If a player cannot attend a session, they must contact their coach at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson to notify the absence and complete the club's official absence form, indicating which class they cannot attend and in which week they wish to make up the missed session. If the notification is submitted later, a make-up option will not be available. Important: Only 1 make-up class per semester is permitted. Official Make-Up Period Make-up sessions will only be offered during Week 17: 14–18 December 2026. During this week, the club will open additional make-up classes for both morning and afternoon groups. 3. Refunds & Cancellations No refunds will be issued for missed classes due to personal reasons. Only if a session is cancelled by the club/coach will it be reimbursed (e.g., credited to the player's Playtomic wallet). No partial refunds will be made once the programme has started. 4. Injuries & Force Majeure Withdrawal In case of injury or any other force majeure reason that requires a player to withdraw from the course: They must contact the coach immediately to evaluate the situation. The club may request supporting documentation if necessary. The coach will determine the available options (temporary pause, special arrangements, etc.) in accordance with club policy. 5.
