Five 1-to-1 or 1-to-2 sessions designed to improve your defensive game, build confidence and turn defense into attack over the period of 3 months. Defense Package with Ash: 1. Groundsrtokes 2. Using the Glass 3. Blocking & Control 4. Positioning & Footwork 5. Double Glass and Matchplay All 5 sessions can be booked any day 6am-11pm. Once booked we'll get in touch to arrange your sessions at times that work for you!
