4-Week Improvers+ Course Comfortable with the basics and ready for the next step? Build consistency, improve your positioning and develop your game across four weekly coaching sessions. Week 1 – Rallying & glass: Improve shot control, get comfortable using the back glass and develop reliable lobs. Week 2 – Volleys & positioning: Build confidence at the net and learn how to move effectively with your partner. Week 3 – Overheads: Develop a controlled bandeja and learn how to handle lobs while keeping your position. Week 4 – Building points: Sharpen serves and returns, improve shot selection and bring everything together through coached matchplay. Each session combines focused drills with game situations to help you progress towards intermediate level.
