30 Day Play Pass

* This pass is valid for 30 consecutive days from the date of activation/purchase. * Unlimited play applies Monday to Sunday, off-peak hours only. * Your entire booked session must fall outside peak times to qualify. * Bookings that fall partly or fully within peak time are not included in the pass and will be charged at the normal rate. * Members may hold a maximum of 2 active bookings at a time. * Pass bookings may be made up to 7 days in advance. * A no-show is defined as a court booked but not played, 2 no-shows may result in membership cancellation without refund. * Fair Use Policy: The pass is intended for genuine play use only. Excessive blocking, repeated cancellations, or misuse of booking slots may result in cancellation of the pass without refund. * The pass is valid for the registered member only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. * The pass benefit can only be applied to the member’s own booking portion/slot. * All bookings are subject to court availability on Playtomic. * The 30-day pass is non-refundable and cannot be paused, extended, or frozen. * Management reserves the right to amend booking rules, off-peak times, or cancel memberships in cases of misuse, abuse, or breach of these terms.
