Beginner/Improver For persons new tor relatively new to padel. Providing instruction on basic principles, while developing ball striking techniques, movement, and court tactics. Including: · Racket Grip & control · Body position (Stance & movement) · Ball control (basic forehand and backhand striking of the ball) · The serve (Technique and direction) · Return of serve (Stance and technique) · Movement to and from the ball (Footwork and swing) · Game management (playing out a rally, directional hitting and winning the point)
