New to padel? This 5-week beginner course is the perfect way to learn the game in a fun, structured, and social environment. Whether you’ve never picked up a racket or are just starting out, this program will build your confidence and skills step by step. Each week focuses on a key area of the game, combining coaching, drills, and match play so you can learn, practise, and play. What you’ll learn: Week 1 – Introduction to Padel: Get started with the fundamentals: grip, stance, basic technique, and understanding how the game works. Week 2 – Groundstrokes & Movement: Develop your forehand and backhand, plus essential footwork (forward, backward, and lateral movement). Week 3 – Serve & Return: Master the serve, understand the rules, and learn how to start points with confidence. You’ll also work on returning serves and building consistent rallies from the baseline. Week 4 – Net Play: Take control at the net with forehand and backhand volleys. Learn positioning, timing, and how to win points by moving forward. Week 5 – Transition & Game Play: Bring everything together by learning how to transition from defence to attack, move as a team, and understand positioning during real match play. Each session includes guided warm-ups, technical coaching, live-ball drills, and fun, competitive games.
