Intermediate – For persons who have padel experience, can maintain rallies and are comfortable with the full range of basic shots. Providing instruction to improve tactics, positioning, consistency and teamworking. Including: · Improving ground strokes and lobbing · Court zones and positioning · Serve & movement · Defensive wall techniques · Transitioning from defence to attack · Volleying and various techniques (depth contact) · Consistency, point construction and game management · Ball control (basic forehand and backhand striking of the ball) · The serve (Technique and direction) · Return of serve (Stance and technique) · Movement to and from the ball (Footwork and swing) · Game management (playing out a rally, directional hitting and winning the point)
