In this Ladies 2 hour session, the first hour will be coached, improving essential fundamentals for padel each week, focusing on technical and tactical skills to level up your game. The second hour is matchplay without the coach, you will play using Americano scoring with the other players in the session, giving you the chance to put the skills you have learned into practice in a friendly social environment.
