Serve & Return

The serve and return are two of the most important shots in padel, setting the tone for every point. This coaching session is designed to help players of all abilities improve their consistency, accuracy and tactical awareness from the very first shot. Through a combination of technical drills and game-based exercises, our coaches will help you develop a more effective serve, make stronger returns and understand how to build the point from the opening exchange. During the class you’ll learn: * How to serve with greater consistency and accuracy * Using placement and spin to gain an advantage * Return techniques against different types of serves * Positioning after the serve and return * First-ball tactics and building the point from the start Whether you’re looking to refine your technique or add more variety to your game, this session will help you start every rally with confidence.
