Hi-Int / Advanced - Focus on Defence

Our High Intermediate / Advanced clinic focuses on defence — reading pressure, controlling the back of the court, using the glass effectively, and turning difficult defensive situations into opportunities to regain the net. We’ll work on defending against aggressive volleys and overheads, choosing when to play safely versus when to counterattack, and improving your positioning, movement, and shot selection under pressure. Drills will mirror real competitive situations, followed by live match play against equally strong players to put everything into practice. Capped at 4 players so coaching stays close to one-on-one.
