LADIES COACHING A fun, friendly and progressive coaching session designed for women looking to improve their padel, build confidence and enjoy the game in a supportive environment. Each week we’ll focus on a different area of the game, keeping every session fresh and giving you the opportunity to develop your all-round skills. Weekly focuses could include: 🎯 Serve & return 🏃 Movement & positioning 🧱 Playing off the glass 🔥 Attacking & finishing points 🛡️ Defence 🤝 Doubles tactics & positioning Expect practical drills, plenty of ball time and gameplay, with coaching tips you can take straight into your next match. Whether you're looking to improve your technique, understand the game better or simply meet other ladies who enjoy padel — come along, play and progress together! Minimum rating of 1.0 required for this session. Ball and Racket hire included.
