🎾 Padel Coaching for Beginners – Session Overview Ready to get hooked on the world’s fastest-growing racket sport? This beginner padel sessions are designed to get new players comfortable on court and confident with the basic rules, techniques and tactics whilst having fun. Session Highlights: • 💡 Understanding the Game: We’ll look at the rules, scoring system, and how it differs from tennis and squash. • 🏃‍♂️ Movement & Positioning: Learn how to navigate the court, where to stand in different situations, and how to react to shots off the glass. • 🔄 Basic Techniques: Focus on core strokes—forehand, backhand, volleys, and the serve—tailored to build good habits from day one. • 🤝 Partner Play & Communication: Padel is a doubles game, so we’ll cover how to work with your teammate and strategize together. • 🎯 Mini Drills & Match Play: Apply what you’ve learned through simple, fun drills and short games to reinforce skills and build confidence.
