Description

Lobs & Winning the Net Learn how to use one of the most important shots in padel to turn defence into attack. We’ll work on lob technique, placement and shot selection, as well as recognising when to move forward and how to transition effectively to take control of the net. Level requirement: Suitable for beginner to intermediate players.
