Men's Clinic 🎾 Want to get better at padel without getting smoked every time you step on court? This one's for you. It runs every second week, 90 minutes: 🎾 First 45 min: training. We pick specific things each session, like your bandeja, getting off the back wall, or positioning, and actually drill them. 💧 Quick break - Water, breather, and a bit of banter. 🏆 Last 45 min: play. Americano format, so you switch partners every round. Put what you just learned into practice and see who ends up on top. Level is 0.5 to 2, so beginners are welcome.
