A focused coaching session for players aged 55 and over. Our coach Connor will work on stroke technique, footwork, and tactical awareness, using tailored drills to suit experience and mobility levels. The session also includes short games to practice skills in match-like situations, helping you improve consistency, court awareness, and confidence.
